August 26 - September 1   

September 1, 3:00 AM, Petty Theft, A Quad     During a routine patrol check an Irvine Valley College police officer observed a large hole on the right side of the Perk Up coffee machine.  The coin changer had been tampered with, but it is unknown if any money was actually stolen. There were no suspect(s) seen or reported. Report taken.

August 31, 3:15 AM, Attempt Petty Theft, Building B200     While on foot patrol, an Irvine Valley College police officer observed a male subject attempting to break into a vending machine. The subject fled when he was contacted by the officer. A report was taken and this case is under investigation.
August 28, 6:50 PM, Non Injury Traffic Collision     Two vehicles collided on campus.  Both vehicles sustained minor body damage only. Report taken.
August 27, 3:17 PM, Medical Aid, Health Center     A person fell and was seen by the school nurse.  The nurse deemed it necessary to call Orange County Paramedics.  The patient was transported to a nearby hospital by Doctor’s Ambulance for further observation and treatment.  Report taken.
