May 23 – May 29, 2010   

  • ​May 26, Petty Theft, CEC Bike Rack. Victim reported that he parked his locked bike at the bicycle rack next to the CEC1-4 building, but did not lock it to the rack. When he returned to the bicycle rack, it was missing. Report taken.
  • May 25, Disturbing the Peace, SSC Quad. The reporting party, Coffee Cart manager, called police to report a former employee was acting in a threatening manner. IVCPD responded but the subject/suspect was gone on arrival. Report taken.
  • May 24, Credit Card Fraud, SSC. Following an exchange of information with Irvine PD officers, a credit card theft investigation was initiated resulting in the filing of identity theft and credit card fraud charges against an employee. Report taken.
  • May 24, Petty Theft, BST 104. A student left an unbound text book on a desk and walked to the front of the classroom, along with other, to provide identification to the instructor. When he returned to his desk the test book was missing. The student said there were approximately 100 students in the class at the time. Report taken.
