April 18 – April 24, 2010

​April 23, Medical Aid, BST 101. Campus police responded to call regarding a visiting high school student who was feeling ill. The student said he is an asthmatic and may have eaten candy containing marijuana that was given to him by another high student. Paramedics responded, examined the student, and stood by until the student's parents arrived to pick him up. Report taken.

April 11 – April 17, 2010

​April 13, Violation of Court Order, B100. Victim stated that she has been receiving annoying phone calls from her estranged husband in violation of a restraining order. Report taken.

July 4 – July 10, 2010

​July 4, Grand Theft, Lot #2-Antique Fair. The victim, a vendor at the Antique Fair, reported that approximately $185,000 in cash and jewelry was taken from his unlocked vehicle while he was being intentionally distracted by several conspirators. Irvine PD was notified and will assist in the investigation. Report taken.

April 4 – April 10, 2010

  • ​April 7, Fraud, SSC/Library Quad. Victim stated that she gave money to a magazine sales solicitor and later learned that the transaction was fraudulent. Report taken.
  • April 9, Vandalism, PE100, Basketball Courts and Lot 8. The reporting persons, campus staff, reported graffiti on several doors, light poles and a parking permit machine. Report taken.

March 28 – April 3, 2010

  • ​March 29, Illegal Dumping, ATEP Base Property Bldg. #4. A campus grounds worker reported a pile of green waste had been abandoned on base property. Report taken.
  • April 2, Medical Aid, B100 Art Gallery. Campus police responded to call regarding a student who had passed out in the Art Gallery. Paramedics responded, examined the student, and then moved by gurney to the DSPS office. The student was later picked-up by his father. Report taken.
  • April 1-5, Vandalism, Soccer Field. The reporting person, Soccer coach, reported that he discovered damage to a storage container. Investigation revealed pry marks on the door and door frame, but no evidence of an attempted break-in. Report taken.
