December 20 – December 26, 2009

​December 22, Assault /Deadly Weapon, Lot 1. Campus Police responded to call regarding a 'road rage' incident where the suspect used his vehicle to attempt to run the victim off the road and then approach her vehicle in a threatening manner. Suspect was detained by police, interviewed and released pending charges. Report taken.

December 13 – December 19, 2009

  • ​December 15, Vehicle Tampering/Theft, Lot 8. Victim parked her personal vehicle in Lot 8 and went to class. Upon her return to the vehicle, she discovered that an unknown suspect had broken the rear trunk mounted brake light. Report taken.
  • December 15, Assault/Battery, Library/SSC Quad. Victim stated she was threatened and attacked by the mother of another student over an unwanted relationship. Victim said she did not want to file charges, and only wanted to report the incident. Report taken.
  • December 17, Drunk in Public/Disorderly, ATEP, Lot A. Campus Police responded to call regarding a disruptive student who was under the influence of alcohol. The student was transported home, released to an adult and cited for Drunk in Public. Report taken.
  • December 19, Medical Aid, PAC. Campus police responded to a call of an injury of a patron at a PAC event. The victim cut his foot while using the restroom. Paramedics responded, treated the injury and transported the victim to the hospital. Report taken.

December 6 – December 12, 2009

  • ​December 7, Misdemeanor Hit and Run, Perimeter Road and Irvine Valley. Victim was stopped at intersection when she was struck from behind by another vehicle. The victim got out of her vehicle and asked the other person to park at the side of the road so they could exchange driver information. After the victim parked her vehicle, the other driver drove away without stopping and providing information. Report taken.
  • December 8, Medical Aid, B211. Campus police responded to a call regarding a person having a seizure. The officer reported the victim appeared semi-conscious and slumped on his desk. Paramedics were contacted and responded. The victim was evaluated and transported to the hospital for treatment. Report taken.
  • December 8, Petty Theft, A212. Victim said he left a book under his desk and left the room for 20 minutes. When he returned to his desk, the book was missing. Report taken.
  • December 10, Medical Aid, A212. Campus police responded to a call regarding a person who reportedly fell and struck his head. The victim said that he was tired from a lack of sleep. There was no evidence of injury, but the officer recommended that he not drive. The victim said he would call his parents to drive him home. Report taken.

November 29 – December 5, 2009

  • ​November 29, Misdemeanor Hit and Run, Lot 5. An unoccupied legally parked vehicle was damaged when struck on the right front quarter panel by an unidentified vehicle. Report taken.
  • December 3, Petty Theft, BST218. Victim said she left a book unattended on top of her desk and left the room for approximately 40 minutes. When she returned to her desk, the book was missing. Report taken.
